No monthly fees are required for core features. The Lockly Home app provides free access to manage smart locks for up to 3 properties at no cost. You get 3 free Offline Access Codes (OAC) per month for sharing access when your lock is offline. Additional properties or more OAC codes require a LocklyOS™ subscription.
What happens if the battery dies?
All models include multiple backup options to prevent lockouts. You'll receive low battery alerts through the app before batteries run out. Physical keys are included with every lock, and there's a USB-C emergency power port for temporary power. The Visage and Vision models use rechargeable batteries (2 included) lasting up to 8 months per charge, while PIN Genie Pro and Secure Pro use 4 AA batteries lasting up to 5 months.
