If the Serial Number does not contain an "N", your lock version is incompatible with Matter; however, you can still enjoy Wi-Fi connectivity and access the designated features that come with it.
#Check the Serial Number (SN) of the smart lock on the Activation Card for "FN1", "FN2", or "FN3" to verify its compatibility with Matter and Apple Home integration. If the Serial Number does not include any of these three sets of letters and digits, your lock version is incompatible with Matter; however, you can still enjoy Wi-Fi connectivity and access the designated features that come with it.
