To qualify for the cash rebate, simply submit a valid claim after successfully installing and registering the eligible smart lock on the Lockly Home app. This offer is limited to the first 100 units purchased at The Home Depot only!

How many claim can I submit during the promotion?
Each customer is allowed to submit a maximum of one (1) claim during the promotion period. Duplicate or multiple submissions will not be processed. However, you can receive up to $150 in cash rebates by submitting a claim for an eligible order containing up to five (5) units of eligible smart locks.
How long will it take for me to receive the rebates?
Lockly will review your claim within 7 days of your submission and will send you a confirmation email if your claim is valid. Your rebates will be processed and sent via PayPal within 45 to 90 days after receiving the confirmation.
What should I do if I have questions or would like to make changes to my submitted claim?

*Terms & Conditions
1. This rebate is available exclusively to original purchasers residing in the United States. Please note that resellers, bulk purchases, and third-party sellers are not eligible.
2. The cash rebate promotion runs from May 16, 2025, at 00:00 (PDT) to June 30, 2025, at 23:59 (PST).
3. During the promotion period, customers will receive a $30 cash rebate for each Zeno Series smart lock purchased on HomeDepot.com / BestBuy.com, or at any Home Depot / Best Buy store.
4. To qualify for the cash rebate, customers must install the lock and register it on the Lockly Home App within the promotion period.
5. To receive the cash rebate, customers must submit a claim here, providing the required information, including Lock Serial number(s) and proof of purchase within the promotion period.
6. Each customer is allowed to submit a maximum of one (1) claim in the promotion period. Duplicate or multiple submissions will not be processed. If you wish to make changes to your claim after submission, please reach out to us at help@lockly.com with subject "Zeno Series Manufacturer Rebate".
7. The cash rebate will be calculated based on the number of qualifying Zeno Series smart locks purchased in the eligible order, with a maximum rebate available for up to five (5) units.
8. The cash rebate applies to the first 100 units of Zeno Series smart locks purchased at The Home Depot and Best Buy, distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Qualified customers will receive the cash rebate via PayPal within 45 to 90 days after Lockly sends a confirmation email. Please note that if a return or refund occurs and the customer no longer meets the criteria for the cash rebate, the rebate amount already received may be charged back.
10. The cash rebate is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for other products or services, and may not be combined with other promotions.
