If you are calling because your Deadbolt is unlocking when you touch the screen or locking when it should be unlocking, vice versa, you have installed your Deadbolt incorrectly. Step by step instructions with video can be found here.  When the door is in the locked position, your turn knob on the inside needs to be facing VERTICAL (up and down). If your turn knob is horizontal when locked, your lock is incorrectly installed.
